Terms & conditions

These terms apply to tuition services provided by Jeff Learning Centre Pte Ltd. By enrolling a student, you agree to them.

Enrolment

A place is confirmed once we have acknowledged your enrolment in writing and the first payment has been received. Places are limited to six students per class and are allocated in the order confirmed.

Fees

• Fees are charged per lesson and billed monthly in advance.
• The exact fee for your child's class is confirmed in writing before enrolment.
• Lesson materials are included; there is no separate materials charge.
• We will give reasonable written notice before any change to fees.

Attendance and make-up lessons

If a student cannot attend, please tell us as early as you can. We will arrange a catch-up where practicable. Make-up lessons are a courtesy rather than an entitlement, and missed lessons are not refunded.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a lesson, we will either reschedule it or credit the fee for that lesson against your next invoice.

Withdrawal

To withdraw a student, please give us written notice. Fees for lessons already delivered are not refundable. Fees paid in advance for lessons not yet delivered will be refunded.

Conduct

We expect students to attend punctually, participate, and treat teachers and classmates with respect. We may ask a student to leave a class where conduct persistently prevents others from learning; we would always speak with you first.

Lesson materials

Materials we provide are for the enrolled student's personal use. Please do not record, copy or share lessons or materials without our written permission.

Online lessons

Lessons are delivered over video conferencing. You are responsible for the device and internet connection at your end. Where a lesson is materially disrupted by a fault on our side, we will reschedule or credit it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
